In 1976, the Type 935 racing 911 was equipped with a horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine tuned by Porsche’s “turbo technology”, which had already accumulated an overwhelming advantage and know-how over its competitors.
Hot Wheels’ motif is the reissued 935, a customised 911 that Porsche itself presented in 2018 as a tribute to the 935/78.
It is based on the 991 GT2 RS, with a reinterpretation of the 935/78, nicknamed ‘Moby Dick’.
The reissued 935 was produced in only 77 units, so there is no chance to see it in person, but you can enjoy its sleek style through Hot Wheels, which has captured the characteristics of the real car beautifully.
Due to the overseas import of this product, we may not be able to secure the required number of products when the shipment from the manufacturer is reduced, and you may not be able to purchase the product even if you pre-ordered it.
